Friendly Reminders!
All outdoor water faucets should be turned on April 1st and shut off November 1st annually.
Please make sure you are flushing nothing but toilet paper down the toilets as anything else causes blockages and sewage back up into the units due to the age of our pipes. No Kleenex, paper towels, or any type of wipes to include ones that state flushable.
Also please DO NOT put grease down the sinks.
The unit water shut offs are very old and many owners are finding that they need to be replaced, if your unit needs to have the shut off valve replaced you will need to contact management to be informed of the process. Management will coordinate with your plumber and Fairfax Water because Fairfax Water is the only one to shut off main water valves in the community.
Winter Notes!
During snow events nothing can be used in the parking lot to save a parking space.
Please remember that trash should only be put out in covered container and set on the curb the night before trash pick up.
